Is packaging included in the price?
Professional packing is included in all our standard moves — boxes, bubble wrap, technical blankets, and ink-free paper. It is only charged extra if you request packing the day before the move (premium service) or loose materials for you to pack yourself.
Are the prices fixed, or can they change after the move is completed?
We always provide a written fixed-price quote before starting the move. The agreed price is the final price — with no unexpected extras. The only exceptions are changes requested by the customer during the service (adding a stop, packing more items), which are agreed upon at that time.
¿De qué depende el precio de una mudanza?
De tres factores: el volumen (m³ o número de habitaciones), la distancia entre origen y destino y las condiciones de acceso — si hay que desmontar y montar muebles o subir por escaleras sin ascensor. Con esos datos cerramos el precio por escrito.
¿Hace falta visita previa para tener precio?
Para mudanzas completas es lo más exacto, y en Asturias es gratuita. Si usted ya no está en la vivienda, valoramos por fotos o vídeo. Para portes y transportes sueltos basta con que nos diga qué hay que mover, desde dónde y hasta dónde.
¿Cuándo se paga la mudanza?
En las mudanzas compartidas se abona un anticipo del 30 % al reservar plaza y el resto al terminar la descarga. En el resto de servicios el pago se hace al finalizar, sobre el presupuesto cerrado que se acordó antes de empezar.
